On Monday evening, Nov. 23, at the 2010 Tulip Festival Queen's Pageant in Orange City, Amy Hulst was chosen to be ambassador for the annual celebration in May. She and the court (see this week's issue of The Sioux County Capital-Democrat, November 26, 2009) will represent and promote the annual event celebrating the town's Dutch roots.
